Virtual Classes from BellaVita

While we prepare our physical location, you can start moving, strengthening, and thriving from home! BellaVita’s virtual class series is designed to meet you where you are—offering powerful, cycle-aware workouts that fit your real life.

 

Launch Lineup:

  • Dance Fitness – Energizing, fun, and accessible movement set to music. No experience required—just show up and move!

  • BellaVita Pilates Flow – Mat-based Pilates that blends core strength, posture, breathwork, and pelvic floor support. Ideal for everyone!

  • Strength & Sculpt (Bodyweight + Light Weights) – Hormone-friendly strength training to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and feel powerful—at home.

  • Balletone® – A barefoot, cardio-sculpt fusion of ballet, fitness, and Pilates-style movement. Fluid, empowering, and perfect for all levels.

Personal Trainer

A fully personalized 1:1 coaching experience tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your phase of life. From strength training and mobility to pre/postnatal fitness and perimenopause support-your body, your pace, your plan. Includes personalized guidance on how to fuel for strength, energy, and recovery using simple, whole-food habits.

Foundations

New to training? Returning after time off? This gentle-entry program introduces strength training, mobility, and core stability at your own pace- with built-in support for hormone shifts, pelvic floor, and mindset. You'll also receive foundational guidance on fueling your body during this season of life-without overwhelm.

Small Group Fitness

Train together. Grow stronger. Small group sessions combine strength, core, and mobility work with personal attention and uplifting energy. Classes are designed to build confidence, improve form, and support long-term progress.  You'll also receive simple, sustainable nutrition tips to fuel your body and recovery.

Menopause Support & Body Composition Coaching

Move through midlife with power and clarity. This science-backed coaching series supports strength, metabolism, sleep, and fat loss- with compassionate tools for navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Includes smart strategies for managing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and nourishing your body for balance.

Whole Group Fitness

Move with energy. Train with purpose. Whether you crave the energy of a full class or want to try something new each week, BellaVita offers dynamic virtual sessions designed for all levels. Each class is rooted in smart training, empowering instruction, and joyful movement.  You'll also receive wellness tips-including nutrition strategies to boost energy and maximize recovery from your workouts.

Pre/Postnatal Wellness 

Whether you're preparing for pregnancy or rebuilding postpartum, BellaVita offers safe, effective programs to support your strength, energy, core recovery, and confidence- with room for real life. Includes nutrition coaching to support energy, milk supply, healing, and whole body resilence.

🧘‍♀️ What’s Ahead: In-Person Class Highlights

Once our physical studio opens, BellaVita will offer a full schedule of empowering group fitness classes designed to support women in every season of life.

Here’s a preview of what’s to come:

  • Strength & Sculpt (also offered virtually) – Progressive strength training using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Hormone-aware and results-driven, this class builds lean muscle, supports metabolism, and boosts confidence.

  • HIIT: Hormone-Smart Intervals – A high-energy blend of cardio intervals, strength bursts, and intentional recovery. Designed with midlife physiology in mind to torch fat, not energy.

  • Yoga for Strength & Stillness – A grounding class that combines flow sequences, deep stretching, and breathwork. Ideal for recovery, stress relief, and whole-body alignment.

  • Mobility & Restore – A gentle, fascia-focused experience to improve range of motion, reduce inflammation, and promote hormonal balance. Expect stretching, core stability, and mindful movement.

  • Core + Glutes Focus (also offered virtually) – A strength-based circuit class targeting the lower belly, hips, and glutes. Supports pelvic health, posture, and everyday strength.

  • Barre Burn – Low-impact, ballet-inspired movements blended with Pilates and strength work. Great for core, thighs, and stability. Offered in select sessions post-launch.
