At BellaVita Health & Fitness, I currently offer one-to-one training and personalized coaching designed to support women’s physical strength, nutrition, and overall well-being. My focus is on meeting each woman where she is, helping her feel strong, confident, and empowered.

Small group training and group fitness classes will be added in the future—details to be announced as they become available.

Personal Training

BellaVita Personal training is designed specifically for women who want to feel strong, healthy, and confident in every season of life. I currently offer one-to-one sessions at D&D Fitness Factory, 40 East Street, Ware, MA, where I create individualized programs tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

Part of my mission is to remove the intimidation often felt in a gym setting and create a space where women feel supported, capable, and empowered. Each session focuses on building strength, improving endurance, and developing confidence—so you can step into the gym and into your daily life with a sense of strength and ease.

Nutrition Coaching

BellaVita Nutrition Coaching is designed to help women build a healthier relationship with food and learn practical strategies that support energy, hormones, and long-term well-being. As a certified nutrition coach, I provide guidance, education, and accountability to help you make sustainable choices that fit your lifestyle—no fad diets, just balanced, realistic approaches.

Sessions can be held virtually or arranged in person outside of the gym setting, giving you flexibility to meet at your convenience. Together, we’ll focus on fueling your body in a way that supports your goals and helps you feel strong, nourished, and confident.

Health & Wellness Coaching

BellaVita Health & Wellness Coaching is about supporting the whole woman—not just in the gym, but in every part of life. This coaching focuses on creating sustainable habits, building resilience, and aligning daily routines with your health and wellness goals. Together, we’ll work on strategies that reduce stress, improve energy, and support both physical and emotional well-being.
